Mother Knows Best.
Ruth Weller is the owner of Weller Tractor Salvage. She and her husband, Ralph, started out with almost nothing. Ralph did dirt work for roads and the first home they owned was a very tiny trailer house they pulled from job to job in Kansas & Texas. But Ralph's jobs kept getting bigger and he started selling construction equipment. Eventually Ruth & Ralph owned all of the John Deere industrial dealerships in Kansas. They could have retired when they sold those businesses but instead they kept the salvage business and concentrated on selling good used, new & rebuilt parts.
